Have you ever tasted their salami? Definitely the best in Minnesota, if not the US.
Their salami and mortadella are locally made, at the Food Building, with well-made, thoughtfully crafted products.
Red Table Meat Co. works with Littlefoot Farm in Afton, MN, and Pork and Plants in Altura, MN. We also source pork from Heritage Farms and Berkwood Farms in Iowa.
Valli dell'Etna Olio di Oliva's olives grow at the foot of Mt. Etna, Europe's highest active volcano, in Sicily. This is a unique opportunity to taste and buy their premium olive oil from the 2018 harvest!
Josephine Mangano, in charge of marketing and distribution, and her brother Tom, grower producer, will share their passion for olive oil.
Their olive groves consist of five contiguous parcels of land terraced valleys at the foot of Mt. Etna. Two parcels have been in the family since 1909, the remaining parcels were added in 1996, 1999 and 2003. The Manganos pick and press the yield from each parcel separately, producing several "field blends" which vary in taste from year to year.
