In addition to her cooking expertise, Romina is also passionate about sharing information and discuss cultural aspects of Italian cucina & life. Rosette — fresh pasta named for its resemblance to small roses. Rosette are a typical dish of Modena cuisine, they are filled pasta, rolled up to form nests and baked in the oven. They are one of the most famous dish for the Sunday family lunch and for celebrating the holidays.

On Sunday, January 22, 2:00 – 4:00 PM, ICC Italian instructor, Food & Wine Manager and Modena native, Romina Montanari, will lead this hands-on pasta making session at Mid-City Kitchen, a beautiful space in St. Paul. Romina will demonstrate the process, and then it will be your turn to create some Rosette of your own! Each participant will enjoy a glass of wine and will bring the Rosette (for 4 persons) they just made home. All ingredients are included, but please bring a 8x8 square pan or a loaf pan to carry your Rosette home. Register now: our pasta classes are popular and fill quickly.
