Come join Romina Montanari, a passionate cook from Modena, Italy for a virtual cooking class!
This interactive, online cooking class will enable you to prepare authentic and traditional Italian recipes from the comfort of your very own kitchen.
Ingredient lists will be provided to you two weeks in advance so you can comfortably complete your online shopping in time for class. Romina will cook each recipe with you step-by-step live online. As you prepare the delicious meal together, your instructor will discuss the origin of each dish, as well as some Italian cooking vocabulary.
During this class, you will make GNOCCO FRITTO (a special fried bread).
