Would you like to learn to make traditional Italian ravioli di ricotta e spinaci?? Now is your opportunity to join native Italian, Romina Montanari, for a hands-on pasta-making session!

 Romina will demonstrate the process, and then it will be your turn to create some ravioli of your own!  Each participant will bring some pasta home!

All participants will meet in Mason's Restaurant Barre, located at 528 Hennepin Avenue, on the first floor of the Hennepin Center for the Arts/ Cowles Center Building.  Romina will meet you in Mason's Restaurant Barre.  You are welcome to purchase a glass of wine there, and the Restaurant will offer a 10% discount on any food items you order.  The event will take place from 1 until 3.

Cost for the event will be $35 for members, and $45 for non-members.  Ingredients will be included, but please bring a lined,covered, flat pan.  You may register here, via the Paypal link, and please hurry.  Space will be limited.
