EF15 Make & Take Pasta Class: Ravioli di ricotta & spinaci @ American Swedish Institute

We are excited to partner with the American Swedish Institute (ASI) to make traditional Ravioli di ricotta e spinaci (fresh ravioli with ricotta and spinach filling).

On Saturday, November 7th, 3:30 – 5:30 PM, ICC instructor and native Italian, Romina Montanari, will lead this hands-on pasta making session at ASI’s beautiful kitchen facilities.           

Join Romina at ASI, 2600 Park Avenue in Minneapolis where she will demonstrate the process and help participants make their own ravioli.  Each participant will bring the ravioli they just made home.

Cost for the event is $55 for members (ASI and ICC), and $65 for non-members.  All ingredients are included, but please bring a lined, covered, flat pan to carry your ravioli home. Member rates apply only to active ICC members.

Please register at the ASI website by November 1st.
